Covid-19 Guidelines for MOYC
Due to the ongoing pandemic we must be in compliance with all ordinances of the host county, city, and venue. All attendees of Missouri Youth Convention 2021 will be required to wear a face mask during their entire time inside the St. Charles Convention Center. The only exception will be when an individual is ministering from the platform during service. Additionally, we will have measures in place such as temperature checks and other mechanisms designed to reduce groups becoming bottlenecked during high-traffic periods in the convention center. Thank you for being understanding as the youth team endeavors to meet the necessary requirements in order to hold an event.
When we are on-site in St. Charles, the youth team asks that all chaperones, parents, group leaders, and pastors assist in our efforts to comply with restrictions (particularly face masks) and lead all members of your group to abide by the simple guidelines put in place by our venue partners.
As you know, often guidelines will shift and be updated as we get closer to the date of the event. We will do our best to keep you apprised of any changes or additional information as Youth Convention approaches. By registering for Youth Convention, you are acknowledging these Covid-19 guidelines for yourself and your group and are indicating your agreement and compliance with the guidelines for the event.
If you have any questions about this, feel free to email Youth President Dustin Williams at dwilliams@moyouth.com.
