Youth Convention Online Registration

Registration $35 per student!
(students that choose to stay in one of our Host Hotels)
OR
Registration $45 per student.
(students that choose NOT to stay in one of our Host Hotels)

*Early bird registration is closed as of May 21st. All registrations will be done online this year. There are NO additional fees charged if registration is done as an ”early bird” (before March 21st) and if you choose the mail a check option. Please just follow the directions listed on your registration receipt for the mail-in option. After the 21st the fees will be charged due to the fact we only accept credit card payments with late registrations, this has been our procedure in past years as well. MONEY IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.

Steps for a successful hotel registration:

1. Choose a hotel below and reserve your room. Ask for your hotel confirmation number. Keep this on file.
(PLEASE NOTE: YC REGISTRATION COST IS $10 MORE PER STUDENT IF GROUP IS NOT STAYING AT A PARTICIPATING HOTEL LISTED IN THE LEFT COLUMN)
2. Fully understand the hotel’s cancellation policy and remember we are a representation of Christ.
3. Fill out a Kansas tax Exemption form (link below) and give it to the hotel clerk upon check-in. you will need your church’s Federal Identification Number, also known as EIN.
